Dukan Diet (Attack Phase) - Day 2

Breakfast:
2 whole eggs 140cal 12g protein
1 1/4cup skimmed milk with 1 packet of Truvia 100cal

Snack:
Meringues (2 egg whites, 1 tbsp cocoa, 2 tbsp splenda) 50cal

Lunch:
1 Boiled fish cake 110cal
1 can coke zero

Snack:
Beef jerky (bad!!) 140cal

Dinner:
Sashimi (2 tuna, 2 salmon) 100cal, 70cal
2 sushi rolls (bad!!) 80cal

Snack:
3/4 cup milk 65cal
2 Lemona (Vitamin C) packets 12cal (6cal each)

Total= 900~950cal consumed

Dukan Diet (Attack Phase) - Day 1

I haven't weighed myself yet so I can't really post what my current weight is as of today. I came back home to Venezuela a week ago and yes, I've been indulging myself with chocolates and pastries (YES! I have a huge sweet tooth - definitely my weakness!). I'm guessing my weight is around 115-117 lbs so I'm hoping to lose 10-15 lbs. I'll do the attack phase for 1 week along with my brother (yay for motivation!) and keep a record of everything I eat in this blog. Also, I will write down the exercises I do that day even though Dr. Dukan says that a brisk walk for 20 minutes is sufficient during the attack phase. I bought the Beach Babes DVD by Karina and Katrina (the Tone It Up girls!!!!) so I'll try to do those every day. Well, good luck to those of you who are doing the Dukan diet! :)

2oz Grilled chicken 60cal
