Dukan Diet (Attack Phase) - Day 2

Breakfast:
2 whole eggs 140cal 12g protein
1 1/4cup skimmed milk with 1 packet of Truvia 100cal

Snack:
Meringues (2 egg whites, 1 tbsp cocoa, 2 tbsp splenda) 50cal

Lunch:
1 Boiled fish cake 110cal
1 can coke zero

Snack:
Beef jerky (bad!!) 140cal

Dinner:
Sashimi (2 tuna, 2 salmon) 100cal, 70cal
2 sushi rolls (bad!!) 80cal

Snack:
3/4 cup milk 65cal
2 Lemona (Vitamin C) packets 12cal (6cal each)

Total= 900~950cal consumed
